The Leaders Development Weekend is a chance for you to come and see what the Region is doing this year, for yo to throw your ideas into to section time, to meet new leaders and have some fun in the meantime.
The LDW will start with registrtion at 0830 Saturday morning, with a 0900 start.
We will send out the program once it has been finalised o all the groups.
The are four payment options for the weekend, this includes the following
1. Camping and NO Catering - $20.00
2. Bunkroom and NO Catering - $30.00
3. Camp and Catering - $60.00
4. Bunkroom and Catering - $70.00
Payments need to be done at registration, or by closing date.
If you choose the Non Catering, please bring everything you may need to cook your food. The Hatcher Hut Ktchen will be open which has a fridge, microwave and BBQ. The main kitchen is out of bounds.
Those of you taking the catering option, please bring your full mess kit with you.
Those that have chosen the bunkrooms, you will be allocated a bunkroom when you arrive. You must provide all bedding including a bottom sheet.
Each section will need to start disscussions now on what they would like to cover over the weekend with your relevant Section Commssioners
Over the weekend their may be times to have other meetings, if you wish for this to happen, please contact the relevant person to start these discussions.
PLEASE NOTE - The Benjamin Thompson Fund will cover the cost of Fuel for participants that live over 50kms from Camp Eagle Eye.Forms will be available on the weekend to claim these. Please see Ian Hale for further information.
