Lower Orama and Timberlands District JOTA/JOTI 2019 Family Event - 029

JOTA/JOTI is being held at 1st Port Macquarie Sea Scouts Boat Shed at McInherney Park in McInherney Close, Port Macquarie.
All youth members of Scouts are to have a parent/legal guardian with them as leaders are there to run activities and spend time with their families not directly looking after youth members. No youth member is to be left at JOTA/JOTI unattended by their parent/legal guardian.
 
There will be a BBQ run at the event with sausage sandwiches $2.00 and drinks: cans $1.50, bottles of water $0.50 - this is to cover basic costs of supplies not to make a profit.
 
Cost:
All Scouting and Guide Members including Leaders - $10.00 - This includes activities and badge

All Non Scouting and Guide Members participating in Activities - $5.00 - This includes activities (NO Badge)

All Parents - $0.00 

1st Port Macquarie Sea Scouts will cover all other costs for the day.
 
Please bring:
Group camp shirt also scarf and woggle for parade as this is an informal event no official uniform needed.
a hat and sunscreen
swimmers and towel - don't forget a rash shirt or t-shirt to go over your swimmers
t-shirt with a collar and shorts
change of clothes for after water activities
jumper
enclosed shoes for water activities
a second pair of enclosed shoes for land activities so your not in wet shoes all day
money for the BBQ
youth members - please bring your adult
sunscreen
insect repellent
